Nurturing Scotland's Digital Talent - About Digital Xtra

Digital Xtra was originally established and funded through the Digital Scotland Business Excellence Partnership whose partners include Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Scottish Funding Council, Education Scotland, ScotlandIS, and industry representatives.

The grant awards distributed by the charity is intended to support organisations that provide young people, aged 16 or under, with the opportunities to learn computer and digital skills and to contribute to widening the provision of extracurricular digital activities across Scotland.

The Fund supports the objectives of the Digital Technologies Skills Investment Plan developed by Skills Development Scotland in 2014.
