Kirriemuir, Scotland: Southmuir Primary School set up a girls’ STEM club, thanks to a grant from the Digital Xtra Fund, a Scottish charity which aims to help drive digital skills for young people, especially girls, aged 16 and under in Scotland. The club has been a huge success with 32 girls regularly attending and really engaged in all things digital, including coding. A huge hit has been two Dash and Dot robots, as well as career insights
